Open Meditation

This will be an opportunity for anyone to come sit in quiet. There may be some instruction if requested, but this will be a silent community open meditation where anyone from any tradition can come practice FREE of charge.

  • Tuesday 5:30 - 5:45pm
  • Thursday 5:30 - 5:45pm
  • Sunday 11:30 - 12pm (Please wait for prior class to end before coming in)

Gentle Stretch Yoga

For students of all ages who have physical conditions that may limit their ability to participate in strenuous exercise.

Yoga For Addiction

For students struggling with addiction and the non addict alike, using the body and breath to reduce stress regulate anxiety and let go of what no longer serves.

Yoga For Alignment

Detailed instruction of alignment and intelligent sequencing will be given. Synchronizing breath with movement clears out blocked energy so this class is aimed to lift your spirits and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

This class is ideal for those that are feeling stressed and overwhelmed by the outer pressures that are upon us. Strength and mobility will be taught through asanas that are accessible to all. Finishing with a deep relaxation called Yoga Nidra to restabilize a new foundation to move from.
