Beginning May 4, I will lead two 8 week long programs.
An experiential understanding of the life and world you are currently living in where we will use the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program as a guideline to a deeper dive into ourselves.
With this deeper dive into one's Self, we will also use principles to successfully move forward with a greater sense of presence and purpose, connection with ourselves and others to help us get from where we are to where we want to be (even if we don't even know where we want to be!)
